Returns.
We want you in the right piece. If it isn't right, send it back.
The window
- 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
- Free US return shipping — we email a prepaid label once your return is approved.
- Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the piece.
How to start
- 1.Email returns@audacityavenue.com with your order number.
- 2.We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid label.
- 3.Drop the package at any USPS location. Your refund is issued the day it arrives back with us.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Reply to your order confirmation and we'll reserve the new size. Ship the original back and the replacement goes out the moment we scan it in — no waiting for the refund to process.
Final sale
Pieces marked "Final Sale" and gift cards are not eligible for return.
