Sourcing
Nothing about this is outsourced or offshored. Every yard, every seam, every stitched hit passes through a US floor we've stood on. Here's the exact path a hoodie takes before it lands in your hands.

US Mills
We spec our 300–400 gsm loopback, our merino, and our twill with US-located mills we work with directly. Extra-long-staple cotton, garment-washed, pre-shrunk. No mystery bolts, no overseas broker — we know the mill floor by name.
Yarn spun and knit in the US · pre-shrunk · lab-dipped to our color standards

US Cut & Sew
Bolts ship straight to a US-located cut-and-sew workshop we've partnered with since sample one. Small-batch runs, so the pattern makers know our fits by heart. Every seam sits where it's supposed to, every fit block gets a wear-test before the run.
Domestic workshop · pattern-matched · fit-tested each run

US Embellishers
Chest hits, cuff marks, interior labels — all executed by a US embellisher we walk the floor of. Our sketch goes straight onto their machines. Every hit is inspected before it leaves, and every finished piece gets a final QC from us before it hits a rack or a box.
Embroidery & print · US-run machines · final QC in-house
Nothing crosses an ocean before it reaches you. If a partner can't hold the line on quality, we don't run with them — even if it means a delayed drop.
"If we wouldn't wear it, we wouldn't sell it."
